  • To facilitate warehouse logistics according to the instruction of Site Manager.
  • To manage information pertaining to arrival of materials at Site and their availability at warehouse.
  • To coordinate the availability of shipping documentation and update the warehouse data base accurately.
  • To support clearance of materials at the Customs with necessary action.
  • To manage the receiving, check, storage and preservation of materials sent at Site and manage the recording and traceability of material document.
  • To issue non-conformity supply (if any) and follow-up with feasible resolution.
  • To initiate insurance claim’s procedure and apply for insurance claim for damage to materials during delivery to Site or during erection.
  • To issue claim against vendors for missing materials and/or non-conformity with relevant purchase order.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ Pre-U/ ‘A’ level/ College/ Professional Certificate/ NITEC/ Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma of any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Have significant technical knowledge acquired in the EPC industry and capable of effectively managing all technical material needs.
  • At least 5 years expediting experience.
