Job description:

  • Analyze the documents / letters related with contact administration & update logs 
  • Ensure cost control and prject schedule is met
  • Coordination, supervision and monitoring progress of project works
  • Draft contractual documents / data such as EOT, Variation Orders and Claims 
  • Track / study changes to the design and/or construction work and find out / develop the VO proposals
  • Liaise with the external Claim consultant and relevant managers / staffs
  • Liaise with the Client / Consultant with regard to his/her job
  • Prepare progress payment : measure and value the work done on site

Job requirement:

  • Bachelor level degree in related field or equivalent education / work experience
  • More than 3 years of experience in Contract administration
  • Fluent in English / Speaking Chinese will be advantage.
  • willing to work at Tuas area (alternate Saturday)
