  • Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, increment, promotion and termination
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • Carry out Staff onboarding – orientation
  • Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities
  • Assist in the recruiting process including and not limited to job advertisement posting and resume screening and arranging of interview
  • Prepare Weekly Minutes of Meeting
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks


  • Minimum‘A’ level with 2 years relevant experience or Fresh Polytechnic Diploma Holder.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word & Excel)
  • Organize, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good work attitude and honest
  • Able to start work immediately
