The HR Business Partner provides consultative advice and end-to-end support in developing, communicating and executing HR policies, processes and metrics that support the achievement of the company’s business goals. You will maintain an effective level of business literacy and its culture, and be highly competent in building relationships with management and employees to influence and facilitate change.
The HR Business Partner will:
  • Build strong and credible relationships with management, acting as a coach and advising on all people issues, plans and strategies to facilitate and enable decision making
  • Provide guidance on employment law issues to ensure compliance
  • Manage all discipline, grievance and counselling and ensure it is executed in alignment with Company procedures
  • Be involved in the talent acquisition, assessment/selection and associated processes
  • Support the Performance and Talent Review processes; developing and implementing individual career development plan
  • Work closely with HR team to craft outreach programs such as internships, career fairs etc., that contribute towards building of the talent pipeline as well as enhancing the Company’s branding
  • Produce timely HR reports and analytical recommendations from data and/or trends
  • Assist in the review and streamlining of HR policies and processes
The successful candidate will possess:
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience and experience in a construction industry will be an added advantage
  • High ability to establish interpersonal relationship with all levels in a multicultural environment and to work in a fast paced environment
  • Sound HR Knowledge and understanding of local employment law
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to coach, challenge and address conflict when required and appropriately
  • Traits of being analytical, attentive to detail and innovative HR-oriented mind
  • Strong team player and organizational ability

Working Location: Raffles Place

Reporting Relationship: report to APAC HR Head

Scope of works: Recruitment (60%)+ Generalized Admin and HR work(40%)

Countries in Charge: Singapore, Malaysia, India, Australia (About 60 staff, 27 of them in Singapore)

Internal corporate ladder: grow to be HRBP Head of APAC



Ability and willingness to multi-task both recruitment and Generalized Admin & HR work;

Strong in-house Recruitment background dealing with large amount of hire at managerial or above level within short period;

Headhunter background with proven placment record in Management or above level also considered;

Must be bilingual effective in English & Mandarin;

Experience in multi-national background, effective communication with all nationalities;
