Responsibilities:
• Administer full spectrum of HR operations for Staff in compliance with Company policies and statutory regulations
• Manage on-boarding process for new employees including LOA preparation and P-file creation
• Handle staffs’ leave administration, monitor daily attendance and consolidate employees’ timesheets
• Respond swiftly to employee queries and grievances handling whenever applicable
• Participate pro-actively in using new HRMS software (SAP SuccessFactors) for Performance Management exercise
• Lead the initial discussion, data gathering and implementation of HR initiatives and projects as assigned
• Manage employee exit / resignation process including conducting exit interviews, tabulations of final salary payment and tax clearances
•Performing ad-hoc HR duties as and when required
 
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Knowledge of Paysonnel Payroll systems, SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• Good written and interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated track records in delivering HR initiatives and projects
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
