§ Responsible in managing and enhancing the company's image and reputation in the market through executing an array of marketing communication strategies.
§ Organize and execute events that promotes the company's business and reputation within the construction industry, as well as key target markets
§ Engage and inform stakeholders of the company's activities through a variety of marketing communications strategies, including newsletter, circulars, marketing campaigns etc.
§ Engage with customers regularly and manage their complaints and suggestions, working with the management team to formulate the best possible solutions to address customer concerns.
§ Liaise with and assist the (LTA) Authority’s Community Partnership Sub-Group (CPN), represented by the Corporate Partnership Manager (MCPN) and Corporate Communication Group (CCG) Media Relations Division on all press and public relations matters, including stakeholder’s engagement and management in connection with the Contract.
§ Stay contactable and response to the Authority in a timely manner.
§ Attend investigations of public feedbacks and/or complaints.
§ Prepare report and minutes after meeting with stakeholders.
§ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Communications / Marketing.
§ At least 10 years of work experience in Public Relations, preferably with experience as a PRO in the Construction industry.
§ Have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
§ Excellent client management skills, able to engage effectively with customers and stake holders
§ Time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and engage with different levels of the organization
