• Collect financial closing and forecast reports:
Award, Work in Progress, G&A, Other Income/Expense and Cash Flow, from subsidiaries and regional offices.
• Analyse current and past financial data and performance.
• NOT APPLICABLE FOR APRHQCreate any supporting material to give a concise presentation.
• Understand HQ’s request.
• Create any material to satisfy various purposes as required.
• Report to Manager and Management on monthly or required basis.
• Support to initiate corporate business strategy for the parent company.
• Support to incorporate information obtained from subsidiaries and regional offices into the business plan.
• Support to develop presentation material for Management. Internal Control Support in preparation of Internal Control Review for HQ.
• Coordination with subsidiaries for any report to HQ
• Prepare the invoice to subsidiaries and AR management Other Corporate Tasks
• Help with arrangements of APRHQ meetings where necessary.
• Collect market and competitor’s data and do the analysis for APRHQ business planning.
• Analyse economic data from BAC and any other resources
