  • Candidates will be primarily responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets for ESS products
  • Candidates shall prospect for potential new clients globally and drive the entire sales cycle from the initial customer engagement to sales closing
  • Build strong sales pipeline to achieve sales targets for our ESS products.
  • Build distributions and service networks for distributing home ESS to the target markets
  • Develop new business expertise and lead new business developments in the areas of renewable project development, ESS applications and life-cycle services of power installations
  • Lead marketing team to achieve sales targets aggressively
  • Marketing and promoting our offerings effectively with clever marketing strategies
  • Respond to tenders, expression of interest, request for information and quotation.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, plan and implement new business sales, customer retention and development.
  • Analyze current and future business, and spot trends and opportunities.
  • Fulfil ad hoc duties and responsibilities when required

Skills and experience:

  • Candidates can identify and convert them to sales opportunities in the applications of Energy Storage System (ESS) for large grids, micro grid, battery backup power for telecom tower and servers, and for low-moving electrical vehicles.   
  • Willingness for being hands-on and persistent but flexible to pivot is the key character the candidate shall possess in order to turn the exciting new business opportunity into a thrusting business
  • Proven record in selling ESS or similar products through both B2B and B2C channels is highly desirable.  Needless to say, the candidates shall have possessed deep knowledge and strong connections in the selling industries
  • Experience in product development or product management is certainly a plus for this role
  • Working knowledge regionally and globally is important as most of the industrial installation of ESS will be outside of Singapore
  • Ability to build and lead a regional sales team to bring our products quickly will be very important
  • Effective bilingual, in both English and Chinese, will be advantageous
  • Above ten years of relevant experience will be considered for director level
