The sixth meeting of the Standards Review Mechanism Tripartite Working Group (SRM TWG) will be held from 14 to 18 September 2020, at the ILO in Geneva. As decided by the Governing Body, the SRM TWG will review instruments concerning three social security sub-topics: the unemployment benefit instruments, the comprehensive standards, and the medical care and sickness standards.

  • Preparatory documents and other information to facilitate the SRM TWG’s sixth meeting are expected to be available here  in August.
  • International labour standards respond to a growing number of needs and challenges faced by workers and employers in the global economy. This section presents the subjects covered by international labour standards and introduces some relevant conventions and recommendations. It also explains what problems exist in a particular field today and how international labour standards are helping to provide solutions. Finally, some case examples are highlighted where the application of international labour standards or of the principles they embody has made a positive contribution in a particular situation.

=Job Description

- Organise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical Engineering aspects of the works at project sites
- Prepare M & E Master Construction Schedule and ensure the M&E works at project sites are on schedule. 
- Conduct coordination meetings with all internal/external parties to resolve design conflicts and other
   technical/engineering concerns.
- Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with design specification/guidelines with all Authorities'
  and Clients' provisions
- Other duties as assigned
 
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of  experience in M&E Engineering works on Buildings/Civil Projects in Construction Firm
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical from a University recognised bor equivalent
- Familar with Local Regulations/Codes...etc
- Preferably with BCA M&E Coordinator Certifcate/Diploma
- Field Experience with  Construction Industry is required
- Must have relevant National Parks' experience
